Angelina Playter & Crystal Kardys

    • Roborecruiter assists with the initial conversations with candidates by determining:
      • Location
      • Salary
      • Skills
      • Availability for role
    • Re-engaging candidate databases
    • GDPR compliant
    • Using SMS has a better response than email.
    • Branding:
      • Landing pages could be separately branded.
      • Conversations could be separately branded.
    • Information is parsed into the ATS - We decide what fields are captured
    • Process
      • Templates are created inclusive of Job Title, JD, Location, Top Skills, Salary, etc.
      • Ability to email or text offering opportunities
        • Text: Opens in FaceBook Messenger OR landing page
        • Email: Candidate clicks link within email and is brought to a landing page
      • Up front with candidate on the use of a “virtual assistant”
      • Button options for Yes/No or time frames of availability to allow quick candidate responses
      • Responses are captured

  • How is the recruiter engaged in conversation?

      • Conversation reports are received: Overall report or individual report

  • Trial:

      • Pilot of the platform
      • No iCIMS integration
      • Limit to 2 campaigns (could be on behalf of clients or WHCG)
      • 1-2 weeks
      • Customer Success Manager would set-up the conversation with a standard template (open to some customization)
      • CSV of data would be emailed to this person and done on our behalf for the tria

  • Founded by the individual that founded K2 App it and Upwork
  • Chat bot technology
  • Can have thousands of conversations at the same time
  • Most useful areas to use:
    • How does this work?
      • Search candidates in ATS, select them and send a message
      • Candidate gets an email/text that allows them to "talk to Robo"
      • Takes candidate to a landing page (can customize)
      • Tool introduces self (as a chat bot)
      • Tool will check to see if individual is logged into Facebook Chat, if so, the chat would happen via Facebook.  If not, the tool would open it's own chat technology
      • Individual "opts in" to continue forward and it timestamps the consent (GDPR compliant)
      • From there, the conversation begins:
      • Inline image 1
      • Conversation takes 1 minute for a candidate
      • Candidate can skip questions if desired
    • Inline image 2
    • Will also prompt people to log into their LI profile.
      • Anything captured in the conversation can be pushed back into the ATS.  (ex. LI profiles, Facebook profiles, etc.)
      • Do RoboChat update the ATS if so?
    • Can upload resumes if redesired.
    • How is this experience different with Facebook? No, very similar interaction on Facebook.
    • During application process and prequalifying candidates (Example questions: are you based in the right location? salary? skills/experience? notice period?)
    • Re-engaging candidates in a data base (have a conversation with your ATS - ex. if looking for a Java developer, you can have a conversation with that candidate database).  Can schedule these at the end of the day and recruiters would come back in to list of candidates? Would ask questions around updating location preferences, comp requirements, etc.
    • Has an open API which means they can integrate with any tool.  There is a cost associated with every integration.
  • What type of candidate information to you need to do the chat? Email and/or mobile number.  Mobile numbers get a better response rate.
  • Branding:
    • Could plug into iCIMS and then create several brands rather WHCG
    • Or, could have a client use with their ATS
  • How do we set up the chatbots?
    • They set up templates wtih 6-7 key questions and the recruiters can grab key questions so it isn't too time consuming on that end
  • Trial/Pilot:
    • Start with two campaigns over the coarse of 1 or 2 weeks
    • They would give us a Customer Success Managers to set up the campaigns
    • We would upload a CSV files with candidate information (1-2K candidate limit for the pilot)
    • Recruiter would still get the conversation reports
