Able to do talent pools, tag candidates and search by tags.  Able to do bulk uploading by dragging and dropping.  Ability to send surveys through the system by using the phone screen template.  Can submit candidates through the system. Schedule interviews and automatically invite the appropriate people. However would need to use HM calendars through external system.  In winter release building in a candidate to do self select interviewing based on blocks of time. Supports translation and currency conversion.  Ability to report and create dashboard like graphics is sleek.

-          Can include questions for the applicants to complete – can auto reject

-          When searching in LI, if the candidate is already in Jobscience you will see that in the profile.
