  • Lever can do mobile applications and can send an assessment after a candidate has applied but it won't track completion or score the results
  • See comment from Lever:
    • "We do allow auto-sending of an assessment after a candidate has applied, however, we do not have the capability of automatically rejecting or progressing a candidate through the process based on their performance."
  • When I talked them through what this client is looking to do they said they may not be the best option.  I already love these people and their transparency:)
  • This tool shines more so in adding efficiency in sourcing - tracks candidates, automatically dropping candidates into the system, automating outreach
  • Can segment users by "privileges"
  • HMs won't need access to the system to interact - can submit candidates through the system to hiring managers outside the system
  • Recruiters and sourcers can schedule screens automatically through the system; Lever will look at the calendar or can work within preferred blocks.  
    • To cancel RC/SC would cancel through the platform
  • Internally, IR could use the scheduling tool for interviewers bc they would have access to Lever. And the calendar would work from their google calendars.   Can send candidates interview confirmation emails; feedback follow-up reminders;
