- Lever can do mobile applications and can send an assessment after a candidate has applied but it won't track completion or score the results

- "We do allow auto-sending of an assessment after a candidate has applied, however, we do not have the capability of automatically rejecting or progressing a candidate through the process based on their performance."
- When I talked them through what this client is looking to do they said they may not be the best option. I already love these people and their transparency:)
- This tool shines more so in adding efficiency in sourcing - tracks candidates, automatically dropping candidates into the system, automating outreach
