I think it seemed pretty solid. I have seen in-depth Invenias, Cluen Encore and FileFinder and this is clearly the most modern and complete system. It sort of breaks from the traditional electronic rolodex feel in favor of something that's more like a proper recruiting system. I have evaluated exec search systems in the past on a handful of core functions: Resume Parsing, LinkedIn Integration, Work History storage/searching, Org Charts/Hierarchy capabilities, Reporting, and of course the ability to track candidates against assignments/searches. It seemed to do most of these just fine. The only area it really doesn't work is the Org Chart capabilities. They actually don't have this yet, but it's under development for Q1 2018 supposedly. So for now, you wouldn't be able to configure org charts within companies. When it comes out, they will be calling it "Succession Plannning".

It seems to have a solid Google calendar and mail integration allowing you to schedule reminders (tasks) and interviews as well as email candidates from within the application and record your emails as activities within Thrive from your mail app. I also liked the "Tagging" functionality that allows you to tag contacts in any way you'd like for grouping and searching later on. They also have what they call "Networks", which equates to what older systems might have called "Folders" that allows you to group contacts together to organize your searches or prepare for future searches.

Strengths:

Integrated scheduling with Google calendar
Integrated emails with Google mail
Linkedin Parsing via Chrome extension
Quick Implementation: Creation of logins

Opportunities:

API feeds
Further customization in reporting
Ability to create customized fields in the candidate profile - Would need to get product involved to expand fields (open to the idea - they can be flexible if needed)
