Summary
Talent Board and The Candidate Experience Awards, founded in 2011, is the first non-profit research organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience with industry benchmarks that highlight accountability, fairness and business impact. Each year, participating companies send surveys to hundreds of thousands of employment candidates (both successful and not) to assess their experience during the recruiting process. This rigorous, scientifically-supported data capture enables companies to see how they’re doing, internally and relative to the rest of the industry.
