In high-turnover industries like retail and restaurants, most applications look similar on a paper and the job interview is the only part of the hiring process that matters.

In conjunction with a standard application, job applicants record short responses to interview questions using a camera-equipped device. VIDEO PRESCREEN

The process is simple and effective. Rather than requiring individuals to fill out paper job applications, JobOn provides a web-based environment for job applicants to upload a resume and answer a series of specific questions (using their web cam or smartphone) to accompany the application.

VIDEO REVIEW

Then at a convenient time, the hiring manager can log in to the JobOn platform and review each applicant's video responses and resume, effectively prescreening them and ensuring they only schedule in person interviews with the best candidates for each position.
