  • Has a candidate-facing job match portal available  (which other vendors can do, but isn't usually an out-of-the-box solution)

Gaps and Challenges

  • Not a strong contender within the market space, as other solutions exist that take parsing and matching much further

  • De-duplication is very simplistic and nowhere near competitive or beyond most basic ATS capabilities

    • De-dup is critical for accurate reporting, pipelining, and privacy compliance

  • Leverages ATS data adequately, but misses out on other data sources across systems like HRIS and CRM (CRM data in particular being a significant gap)

    Consider resumes as the best record of truth for candidates, but you'd be unlikely to find any more success or accuracy in that than in using Indeed's database or that of any other job board

    Approach to taxonomy and skillset transferability lacks nuance
