Candidate did not enter SSN/DOB and RC moved forward to Background Check, disabling the ability for CN to enter 

Candidates will need to call People Services, using the guidance below to provide SSN and DOB 

Ask them to call the solution center and inform that they are in a hire process and need to provide personal info.

RC will need to send email to Peopleservices to launch background check (info above)
