- Are you more ATS or what does technology encompass?
- Has ATS, but more of a hiring tool, selection management – data & analytics piece, measuring cultural and job fit. Also drug screen, background, etc.

- Easy for CNs to apply
- Can integrate and be a custom careers page
- Can also help prescreen candidates – with the survey piece of their technology
- Using info they’ve accrued and the HM – the job analysis creates a survey and 3 interview guides
- First POC when a cn applies, so they don’t have to wait – email address appears that it’s coming from HM associated on the job
- Rejection letter can be sent straight from the system
- Can share a resume straight from the system
