Summary

Xref  is an automated, online candidate referencing platform that frees up more time for recruiters to strategically source talent, rather than chase and conduct references. Xref collects significantly more reference data/content, reduces the risk of reference fraud and strengthens governance around referencing. Below outlines the top qualities Xref provides when being compared to traditional methods.

  • Deliverability: Xref returns over 97% of requested references
  • Data Governance/Fraud Prevention: Reference is unamended, collected direct from reference in accordance with data and privacy laws
  • Content: On average, Xref references contain 60% more content than traditional phone-based references
  • Timing: On average, Xref completed references are returned within 24 hours of the recruiters request to the candidate.
  • Fully mobile: On average, Xref sees 30% complete references on their mobile device and 60% outside of normal working hours
