• Schedule Interview
• If you don’t want to enter CN availability, can send to them to enter through email – would only have to enter their email address
• Email the CN would receive:
• Once CN enters their info, you get email notifying you:
• Click on link, hit next and then availability appears
• HM Calendar Integration/Security:
• How integrate with clients/from an RPO standpoint or staffing firm, that depends upon client to client basis, which they cannot control. Comes down to relationship that we have with our clients - would– have to enter credentials to access calendar
• They could get some talking points and technical points for us – he can email to us. Their system only looks at availability and stops at that
• Then once you pick the option to schedule
• Email goes to CN to confirm, and sends notification to interviewer,  asking to accept on calendar
• Rescheduling: If HM rejects the time for a reason, user in system gets notice to then reschedule and then goes back to CN
• Multiple blocks of time

Based off of # of hires per year:

• 500-1000 hires: $45,000
• Up to 2500 hires: $75-80,000
• Unlimited users/unlimited use of system and can use internally as well
