Cost-effective and relatively easy to implement (designed like Jobvite for a self-driven setup and calibration process, using strong training and walkthrough tutorials)
Does offer more hands-on implementation support than Jobvite (just by a bit)
Covers most of the essential requirements of a basic ATS, while offering a few capabilities that most budget ATS don’t (text to apply, QR code apply, automation, source URL generation for job postings, etc.)
Strong ADP integration (bi-directional)
Gaps and Challenges

Doesn’t offer as many optional modules or additional technology layers as competitor like Jobvite
Basic ATS functionality may not be sufficient for Enterprise-level or complex organizations' needs (although relatively strong in its customer market space)
Certain admin duties/setup processes are counter-intuitive or make space for human error potential
Ex. custom source fields can be added, but current Source lists are located in two separate places that both need to be checked first (on is the custom list and the other is the standard list housed under another section of the interface)
