  • Slots - can switch out jobs as many times as they want per job per month
  • The 50 slots would be open to any recruiter and they would have to manage it themselves 
  • Post to 100 different job boards (WHAT ONES)?

      • Found a candidate on ZR that they would not have been able to find on an LIR search
    • Resumes should be up to date, however, there are instances where some are out of date

    • Too many applicants? Use screening questions
    • Appropriate amount? Not necessary
    • Rate candidates - tells ZR what you are looking for
    • New - Message candidates using the “send message” button
      • Goes to their ZipRecruiter account
      • Some have used to determine availability
      • Can message while they are applying to the job
