- The content is what brings in the traffic:
- 4.3 million unique visitors per month. (Growth: in Jan was at 1 million)
- 3 channels:
- Search
- Google search: type in what does it look like to work for govt, top interview questions, etc. – 40% of traffic from google search
- Social
- Users are sharing, tagging and liking content with respective network
- Syndication
- Publication partnership: forbes, mashable, times, newsweek and others – pick up on content and send out through their networks and repurposing on their sites
- Times and others are also writing about the companies they write about
- Newsweek – feels strongly abuot changing their audience but keeping integrity, so they got Muse help to manage content on careers page
