Summary
What if you could invest in your key people, improve your company culture, and make a big impact in the community?
Engage the Client helps great companies attract, develop and retain great people. Our learning process is designed to engage young professionals. Digital marketing agencies, ad agencies and software companies hire us because we share their passion for delivering great results and having fun.
Our expertise is helping young professionals, company founders and senior leaders improve their communication and leadership skills. Each class is fun, high level and relevant. We help our clients learn to speak clearly, assertively and persuasively when communicating with clients, colleagues and management. We help new managers become effective coaches and more comfortable delivering and receiving constructive feedback.
The company founders and senior managers we coach work on the skills and issues they need to grow their organization and make their lives a little less stressful. They find our classes and private coaching sessions relevant because we dig deep. The coaching is high level and because we work with other young companies, we can look at issues from a few different angles and identify solutions quickly.
The presentations and discussions that take place in our classes often help our clients move forward with new initiatives that strengthen their corporate culture and reinforce their best-place-to-work goals.
Using a buy one give one model my corporate clients have a powerfully simple way to give back. For every class, a nonprofit of their choice receives a free class for their staff, courtesy of the corporate client. Nonprofit executives love the idea because they need high level capacity-building professional development but can't afford it. Business leaders love it because it's a way to support a nonprofit that goes beyond donating money or time.
Develop your people. Strengthen your culture. Make a difference in the community.
