Summary

BrightHireAI is a technology solution currently in the private Beta stage. It’s an automated program that assists Recruiters with holding consistent and well-documented conversations with candidates, annotating them (so the Recruiter doesn't have to focus on taking notes) and providing analytics from their responses such as length of speech, interactivity, talk ratios, etc.

The idea is that if Recruiters worry less about noting answers and impressions of candidates, then they can dedicate their focus to improving the quality and experience of those conversations.

Mission:

  • Conversation quality

  • Driving consistency into those conversations

Do you advise candidates that conversations are recording?

  • English only, but support global clients

To date, have only conducted 1,500 – 2K calls run through the platform (in the Beta stages)

  • How would you then separate out that information in reporting from?

    • They are looking to add in a field that would be call type, but very few calls are made here so not yet in development
