eTeki’s innovative technical interviews-as-a-service platform is designed to help hiring managers, recruiters and other decision-makers get true insight into a candidate’s technical prowess prior to investing a hiring manager’s time reviewing partially qualified resumes, coordinating a resource intensive panel interview, or footing the bill for face-to-face interview travel expenses.

2500 Freelance recruiters.  Post the job on portal.  5 must have technology stacks and then as many of nice to haves.  Then it goes through an algorithm to identify the best screener.  They then refine the questions.  All recruiters are trained in behavioral based interviewing.  You place the candidate on the portal with the job.  If you know the time and date that works, you add the information (must have 3 options).  Get a report and a video and white board (if applicable).  You can share with HM.

Screens last 45 minutes - 1 hour

The first 3 are free then. 

3 tracks

  1.  Staffing Startup -  Minimum of 10 interviews per month.  $85.00 and they carryover.   It is 90 day program.
  2. Volume Package – 1 year subscription.  $113.00 each for a block of 100
  3. Monthly Payable package – 25 subscription - $96.00 an interview and you can roll the 25 interviews. 50 a month, $90.00 interview.
