Req Assignment Procedures
Our Talent Administration Coordinator team receives reqs in Workday from GPS/Solutions Center, runs JD through Textio for optimization, and assigns to a recruiter based on BU and functional alignment When a req is assigned to you in Workday it is also created in Avature and placed in “Pending Approval”.
Upon receipt of req, the recruiter should review the job description, review for external or internal posting, begin intake prep which includes filling out the pieces of the intake form that are known from the JD such as location, hiring manager, education requirements, etc. that will need to be verified on the intake.
NOT CURRENTLY WORKING WITH HM
The Talent Administration Coordinator team will schedule a kick-off call. The kick-off completion is required within 7 days from receipt and you should make accommodations to work with the HM’s schedule as requested.
CURRENTLY WORKING WITH HM
The Talent Administration Coordinator will NOT schedule kick-off as this would lead to repetitiveness as you already have a scheduled check-in with the HM. TACs will send an email to you, HM, HR asking if they would prefer a separate call scheduled or review on the next check-in.
