Tool Usage, Requests and Postings

Tool Requests

• Tools may only be requested by ROMs at the end of the month for the following month (usually about 5 business days before month end). If you believe a tool will be of value to you, you will need to discuss with your ROM and request ahead of that deadline.

• Tools must be used or lost. If you have and want to retain an Indeed seat, for example, you must use the tool every month. The tool will be pulled and reallocated by the STM team for non-usage. 

CareerBuilder Postings

• Careerbuilder postings are allocated on a first come first serve basis across all of Wilson. You may request AS MANY AS YOU’D LIKE - No limit until Wilson runs out of postings. 

• ***All positions aged 40+ days should be posted to Careerbuilder***

LinkedIn Postings

• LI scrapes the Carrier Careers Page for job postings so ALL jobs are posted to LI

• You have a LIR job slot available for posting. You should consider this similar to an Indeed sponsored job posting and post your high priority role.
