Workday Drug Test and State Laws

  • Carrier Follows Federal Laws regarding drug and background checks

  • Certain controlled substances vary state-by-state but Carrier follows Federal law.

  • States, where marijuana use is legal (recreational or medicinal), does not impact the type of drug test an incoming new hire will receive

  • Any prescribed medicine that could affect a drug test needs to be presented by the new hire to the drug testing facility along with documentation. Any questions on the specifics of the test also need to be first directed to the facility.
