The founders of TrenData have been in the HR space for over 20 years. In that time, we noticed a common challenge across our customer base, access to meaningful data. Data Centers

TrenData hosts its services on dedicated servers with very limited accessibility even to its team members. The data centers provide the following:

  • SOC-3 and ISO 9001:2015 certified data center
  • Around the clock physical security on data center entrances and walkaround patrols
  • Recorded video surveillance
  • Temperature and humidity control
  • 24×7 high internet bandwidth
  • Redundant UPS power

Backups & Disaster Recovery

  • All data is backed up on a daily basis
  • Backups are stored in 2 different data centers in 2 different locations
  • Backups are archived for 14 days, then once a month for older data dumps

Network Security

  • Several access levels are created for the TrenData technology team to ensure that no extra access is provided to anyone
  • Access to production servers is granted to our technology team temporarily to perform a certain task and then cut
  • Access to client data is rejected from 3rd-party external infrastructure, unless through securely verified integrations

System Monitoring

  • Automated scripts monitor the uptime of applications every minute
  • A human team is assigned to assess any security updates needed for our software and hardware infrastructure
  • All errors are logged and investigated on a daily basis
