Step 2: Invite Applicants

We carefully match applications and resumes to your job descriptions. Applicants who meet the qualifications are entered into the VoiceGlance system and engaged via automatic custom text, email and phone calls. A provided toll-free number and PIN are their keys to taking the screening interview, on their schedule, 24/7/365.

Step 3: Review Results

Individual interview transcripts come right to your inbox. Or, you can log-in to our dashboard or your ATS to read and listen to individual responses, re-weight questions if necessary and review aggregate results to rank candidates for next steps.
