4.6.2018 Visage Trial Notes

  • Post 1 job that is live for a short period of time - within a day

    • ROM posted: Job posting process - easy, very intuitive

      • RC actively recruits on this role

    • Posted on the 2nd of April

      • List avail w/in 48 hours

    • 18 sourcers on job (from Europe, Asia, US)

      • Referred 73 candidates

      • Decided only 24 were qualified

        • Matching algorithm gives a confidence score

        • Team confirms

        • Stopped at 24 candidates for the trial

        • Generally, they start with 40 candidates. On avg 80 candidates lead to between 3-6 active candidates later on in the process

      • Appear in your ready to review

        • Auto contact feature after 1 week OR Contact Now

      • Recruiters don’t go one by one, they normally review at a high level and contact all, but have the option to remove candidates (very rarely do they open the resume)

5.8.2018 Visage Trial Results

  • 39 Candidates were found (DEMO).
  • Kyle received 6 responses; all rejections but one. Couldn't move forward with the one interested because he was a convicted felon.
    • 13 Opened
    • 6 Replyed
    • 4 Bounced
  • No candidates in process from the demo. They stopped outreach at 39 because it was the demo.
  • Profiles were good; mostly on point. A couple had contact info, most did not.
  • If we were to move forward; they may tweak the outreach to increase the response rate. Visage has found that it takes 2.1 emails to get a response, and Kyle noticed the same through this process.  Kyle also liked that the followup emails were automated which was very helpful with time constraints on his side.
  • Next Steps - Joss would like to discuss pricing with Angelina and work on seeing if this tool is something Angelina would like to preview with Account Managers in the company.
  • Kyle likes the concept, but is on the fence with the tool in general, only because the sample size is so small and he hasn't had the opportunity to see the full value.
