  • From there it outlines how easy or difficult it is to recruit on a role in a market

  • How often is the data updated?  The supply data is updated based on changes in gov't resources but can be as frequent as every 3 months.  The demand data is updated multiple times a day.
  • Is there a demographics component to report? Yes (breaks down race, sex, education)
