- In CAN - supply data is pulled from Stats Canada
- In Europe - supply data is pulled from Office of National Statistics in UK and government equivalents in each country
- Demand data is pulled from job postings
- From there it outlines how easy or difficult it is to recruit on a role in a market
- Covers 23 countries
- How often is the data updated? The supply data is updated based on changes in gov't resources but can be as frequent as every 3 months. The demand data is updated multiple times a day.
- Is there a demographics component to report? Yes (breaks down race, sex, education)
