Outlook has a way to view other calendars and request apt times, and if they give access, can view calendar – this program would require them to have a schedule within apt plus software to give insight into that calendar… so if we are scheduling someone at another company and they would have to have an account

Work around: the HM would create specific windows of availability – can make it recurring so could just do it the one time; they would export. If use google calendar, auto sync exists – other programs they would have to hit an export button

• In confirmation email, they can reschedule – gives them open/available times and then cancels the original piece

• Can restrict views – so HM may only be able to view and define availability

• But – nice that at end of apt, the HM could change status type – complete- decline, complete- advance, etc.
