Summary
Aida Fazylova was the top recruiter for her company, a large staffing agency in Eastern Europe. While she was personally very successful, she was also very frustrated with the amount of time she spent every day scouring resumes to find qualified candidates, repeatedly answer the same questions from candidates and then play phone tag to schedule interviews.
She used her background in mathematics and data science to sketch out a new approach to automate as much of the recruiting workflow as possible using artificial intelligence, automation and chatbot technology.
