  • Download slide as powerpoint and upload into course builder- some formatting issues with conversions-could upload as png snips of each slide

  • Has native built marketplace and integration with opensesame- click to add into instance- not sure how newest version gets updated in LMS, would probably have to sweep to audit and update (override old course)
  • Structure of platform is only thing that is not changeable
  • All in house customer success teams, 99% retention, dedicated customer success manager and implementation consultant, as admins we will have access to training and best practices (allocated hours, can be used for consulting-can only use implementation hours for first year)
  • One way integration (happens daily from Namely to Bridge) but could look into a 2-way integration- Bridge has performance tool for high touch and accountability to develop employee
  • High level dashboard pulse view, can do deeper dive filtering into data- could build out custom reports or templates but might cost extra (would be different for each manager?)
  • Settings for user profiles for about a dozen languages but content is not altered
  • $2200 standard integration/implementation, Shane will send over documents for support and implementation
  • Can not submit video file but there are some workarounds for submissions- can assign tasks for manager to check off for completion
  • Registered for course and any direct messages sent in system all go to email (standard days before and overview for email notifications)
  • Automatically assign new hire program onto profile and sync with calendar
  • At course level there is a chat function where people can post comments, like, reply and vote (no discussion board for system but it is course specific)
  • HTML base, all compatible and scalable without app needed (can tell how it was accessed on the reporting dashboard)
  • Would just have to add them as a user with their personal email prior to start (what will automated connection do?)- would not be double charged for user
  • Can duplicate course and edit duplicate as a form of versioning
  • Integrate with gamification vendors but dont provide it
  • 499 (could go up to 550) user package for about $10k per year ($25/seat) and includes all functionality and full access depending on what access we want everyone to have- includes customer support as well & ARC for $3k- $2200 one time implementation fee that includes integrating HRIS and other internal systems with automation (4-6 weeks average implementation time) $1.67/user per month
