Summary
At Codility, we believe there is a better way to do tech recruitment. We’re excited to tackle some of the biggest challenges businesses face—effectively attracting, screening, interviewing, and engaging top developers. Our mission is to help tech hiring teams identify the most promising candidates in their recruiting pipeline by giving them deeply accurate insights into coders’ real-life skills, while also creating a great candidate experience. We're passionate about connecting great companies with the best programmers.
Codility came into existence in 2005 when Greg Jakacki was looking for a quicker, better way to recruit software engineers for the IT startup he worked for in China. The result of his early work was the bare bones prototype of the platform, aimed at reducing the number of programming interviews with unqualified candidates. In 2009, we won the Seedcamp competition and soon afterwards registered in London, UK. Codility developed rapidly, moving its headquarters to Warsaw, Poland and expanding its global presence through an office in San Francisco, CA.
