Feedback Positive
Loves the built in boolean string- it made it easy but sometimes they were not relevant
Resume Builder- very professional and well put together
Program was easy to use- well laid out
Easy to export reports
Love to bulk capture candidates
Loves the email address extraction but most of the time its work email addresses

Felt that it was a little redundant you couldn't select certain profiles to upload you had to do them all.
You had to put it into a project so it only captured the candidate you wanted for the bulk upload.
Didn't find anything different with her searches the add on tools did not provide. If LIR was gone and we get the same results then it would be helpful
Boolean search strings were limited, some information was not able to be caught (Error Message: Unable to search- unable to find candidates)
When she tried to enrich the data she did not get to much data- was not anything she couldn't find using and extension.
LI in more user friendly
Was not helpful for softchoice account
Error messages that were popping up were concerning from a legal perspective.
There was a lot of unneeded steps.
Overall Review
If we didn't not have linkedin this would be the next best thing to search for candidates but counting on the product for contact information is not recommended at this time.
