Talent Reef Technology 
Context - referred to speak to them by KP in relation to an hourly hire solution for FGL/Canadian Tire. 
Business need - this is growing now with the imminent opportunity with Loblaws for their 2500 hire project in 2018. 
Driver - Price point @ Volume Hiring, we need to achieve significant lower price point to be competitive. Their Fee's @ $50k or so enable 65-75% automation of the whole process, so KH had modelled us achieving a $270-350 CPH charge. That is a significant advantage on the incumbants pricing. 
Features 
EVERGREEN - posting refresh at 30 days, seems standard
SNAP CHAT - love the Snap Chat kiosk/cash desk link, applicants are loving this feature and I get that.  
INDEED APPLY - great link that is driving volumes of apps in this retail category
Corp/Franchise candidate pivot - ability to share candidates if needed with suitable disclaimers for Joint Employer legislation (thinking McDonalds )
Talent Community - neat feature to register for future jobs. Not clear on what comms will look like, sure its customer configured  
Referral Program - backbone to system to manage better qual communications/recognition. They get the Social thing and are driving "Social/Viral Share" of brand/jobs 
Built in Assessment/screening - quite nice UX, can drill into specifics. Nice binary Q&A, auto progress and stage of application 
Declines - can be managed by the system or can establish degrees of recruiter intervention. We will likely talk again about short talent pools & disposition
Reports - not bad but not overly sophisticated. 
Missing Calendar management, you can set appointments but it does not work unilaterally with HM's and Candidates to drive efficiency. 
People needs - to review the applicants and manage the schedules etc.
