Hire Process recruits in markets that we’re passionate about. WASTE-TO-ENERGY

In 2009 we had the opportunity to help one of our wastewater clients develop a waste-to-energy practice for their North American operation.  From that search grew an international business for us where we quickly became one of the most reputable firms specializing in anaerobic digestion/biogas optimization technologies.  In partnering with the technology companies, we started to get searches with DBO firms and have had the privilege of staffing some of the more prevalent operations in North America.
Position Focus:  Applications Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Project Developers, Sales and Sales Management, Plant Managers, Executive Management


WASTEWATER TREATMENT
We’re experts in the manufacturing and development of technologies that treat our wastewater.  For over a decade, we have built a solid reputation as a firm that understands the technicality of the technologies in the market. Our focus has been on both the municipal and industrial aspects of wastewater treatment.  
Positions Focus:  Applications Engineers, Design Engineers,  Field Service, Research and Development, Product Management, Sales and Sales Management, Operations and Executive Management.


BIOSOLIDS, COMPOSTING, & FERTILIZER
Taking organic waste that normally would be diverted to a landfill and using it as a valuable product has become a growing market.  We partner with developing companies that are finding useful ways to recover nutrients making Class A Biosolids and compost that can be of great benefit for soil and plants and useful for applications such as animal bedding.  
Position focus: Engineers, Research and Development, Product Management, Sales, Management.
