Our goal: Is to create an online nursing community where nurses can easily find opportunities and professional advancement, employers can find talented nurses and families can find appropriate nursing care.
Our platform: Provides a vehicle for nurses to highlight their education, skills and talent to both employers and families in a highly-fragmented marketplace. It also allows employers and families a simple platform to find appropriate nursing needs.
The nursing industry: Has been and always will be a vital part of the medical industry. Understanding this, Hirenurses.com has dedicated itself to addressing the daily needs of nurses and the people they care for.
Founders: Co-founded by the mother and daughter team of Rebecca and Patricia Love, they wanted to transform how the nursing industry functions after seeing families struggling to find care and nurses struggling to find jobs. Not one site specialized in nursing careers and that’s when HireNurses.com was created.
Hirenurses.com, a Boston based company, launched in 2014 to address this gap in the nursing community. Hirenurses.com’s online platform helps nurses make career decisions by connecting them to career opportunities. We want our nurses to be recruited for their skill sets and to find opportunities that will keep them practicing from their first day of their nursing career to their last.
