| Contract | The pdf references a add'l fee for going over the # of users but I don't see the # of users we are capped at each month? The fees are $20,000 per year and locks us into a 2 year agreement with auto-renewing. The problem with this is the Ts&Cs. The terms on the website are super restrictive, no SLAs are given, no termination for convenience, no warranties, a one sided limitation of liability and indemnification. In addition, it expressly states that if Lessonly is found to have materially breached the contract that the client is still required to pay the full amount of the contract subscription. In addition, if the client is not happy with the services then the only remedy is to cease use of the subscription that the client will not receive a refund on. |
