  • Kijiji jobs has about 34 million annual views

    • Collateral can be sent over later

  • Types of job listings

    • General labour, customer service, accounting and management, reception, etc.

    • 25 different sub categories

  • Offer a number of listings bundled with analytics support

    • For example, 1 CS role in Toronto would count as one listing, scoped to different locations (164 targetable locations across Canada)

      • Multiple sublocations for more specific locations

  • Minimum 10 listings (functioning as slots that can be refilled) per month, access to a dashboard

  • Ability to bump up postings to the front page (average recommended of 4 per role)

    • Each bump up is discounted per the volume of listings purchased

    • Package can be adjusted monthly

  • Dashboard allows an unlimited number of users who can access it

    • Access for all recruiters

    • Can set it up for email replies going to recruiters specifically or to general departments, or even to redirect traffic to career pages

    • ATS routing?

      • ATS feed integration is offered (can take different lengths of time depending on the system)

Cost & Process:

  • For a client to engage with the service would the agreement be through Wilson or directly with that client?

    • The agreement would be between Kijiji and Wilson

    • Corporate account takes on the shape of a monthly subscription

      • 60 day notice for full account cancellation (hiring trends shift often though, so we can adjust frequently from number of listings per month)

      • For supporting clients we can do sub-agreements

    • Contracts could be established for predetermined end dates (seasonal hiring, for example), but that would be a contract (not standby options)

  • What’s involved in setting up the service?

    • ATS integration is dependent on the systems

    • 1 business week on average to get up and running with no ATS integration
