A crowd-sourcing platform for recruitment functions, utilizing recruitment professionals and organizations around the world. It works from two sides, for those looking for recruitment work within a gig structure, to employers looking to utilize those gig recruiters for filling roles quickly.

      • Flagged as a successful placement, the payment is automated. Bank information is collected. Wire payment. When Perm, once guarantee is reached. Default is 60 days, but they could negotiate longer.

      • LinkedIn, Facebook, & Twitter connections can be leveraged to share the job out.

      • Applications come into Reflik, not the client's ATS, unless an integration is in place
