Flagged as a successful placement, the payment is automated. Bank information is collected. Wire payment. When Perm, once guarantee is reached. Default is 60 days, but they could negotiate longer.
LinkedIn, Facebook, & Twitter connections can be leveraged to share the job out.
Applications come into Reflik, not the client's ATS, unless an integration is in place
