  • CRM/ATS/Sales combo and more
  • Based on Salesforce.com platform (Lightning interface)
    • Allows for greater customization and integration possibilities
  • Built for the external recruiting industry
  • Started out all staffing, still has mostly staffing companies as clients
  • Focuses on recruiting from the Job perspective instead of the candidate perspective as most traditional ATSs might do. Job dashboard highlights jobs that need attention over others.
  • Recruiting workflow activities are logged as you work
    • Drag and drop recruiting workflow process (KanBan board style)
  • Multi-Tenant Customizations
    • Not sure exactly how they would handle the different custom layouts (record types?)
    • Workflow would be more challenging than the custom fields per client, but still possible
  • In addition to basic Salesforce charts and graphs, Wave analytics is also available

  • Ability to customize statuses, ex. Background check initiated
    • Would need to integrate client systems or manually use
  • How about interview scheduling?
    • Would need to be manually completed but there is a way to schedule through the system  
  • Reporting capability:
    • End users can create reports on their own
    • Drag and drop feature
