  • Slowly building up their client base in the recruitment space

    • Dashboard page for recruiters - working on making the dashboard customizable
    • Can have a parent account and then sub-teams (i.e. different accounts which can be branded as the client)
    • Any limitations with sub-groups?  Not on the number.  However, isn't able to aggregate data for all groups.  Also, we aren't able to integrate the data with client ATS' but would be able to do an API feed into our data warehouse.
    • Can add promotional videos - can we customize it per job?
      • Can customize by client and job (the second video on the job would be for the "transition video" section)
      • This could be beneficial from an employment branding standpoint - add in engagement videos, videos on the role, etc.
      • Can we add in the job descriptions? Not right now but we can include the link to the posting in the email message

      • Today, 9.1.17: they are launching the ability to respond to questions in written format.  Can't do this feature on mobile today but adding in over the next couple months
    • How /where is the data stored? For how long?
      • Core data servers is in Ireland, US. & Japan
      • Working on being able to force client data to specific to certain data centers
      • Has privacy shield and is working on a 2nd layer (specifically bc clients in Switzerland which is more strict)
      • Has candidate consent
      • We can also add a custom privacy agreement on top of WePow's - need to self-select in (double-consent)

      • They have a specific process and team for erasure - they are also working on client disclosures about erasing candidate data and impact on
