- Working on deal with Indeed (pending API implementation)
- Matches candidates to roles & candidates against other candidates
- Can also add in your internal database for Candidates already in your ATS
- Features a “Save Search” & “WatchDog” functionality
- Can run a search as a template, while the WatchDog function runs a fresh search on those parameters each night for updated into delivered to the RC each morning (candidates auto-loaded into the database)
- When you click a resume and unlock it (by paying the fee of that job board or resume database site) that candidate is automatically uploaded to your ATS so you can search and refer to them again for other roles (or other RCs can refer to them) without having to pay each time (saves money on the long-term)
- Not all sources require this, but some do (Resume Library, etc.)
- Have a Chrome extension where you can click and drop the LI profile URL of someone into the extension, where it’s then sent to the ATS to be parsed and checked for if they’re already in your ATS or not
Data Requirements
- Database/career site access is provided through the service, but ATS integration is needed to import/search through candidates stored there
