Eduson Sales Simulator

This tool has solely been researched by the WilsonHCG Innovation team.

Summary

Eduson is helping our clients increase their active selling time, shorten the sales cycle, and in some cases, reducing the overall cost of customer acquisition.

We do this by letting them rehearse and record scripts as well as practice overcoming objections until you feel they are ready to go make the sale. Simulations and gamification make the learning more memorable and fun for the rep. We allow you to choose from our vast library of related content or you can create your own version of what your reps are learning with our tools and our platform helps them learn it much more thoroughly than traditional methods.

  • focus is on mini-bursts of training
  • VR capabilities were really great, could set this up for both sales, delivery
  • Objection handling scenarios - these could be developed for sales & delivery - delivery it's selling an organization's EB/EVP, the role, the location, the salary
  • Scenarios - these were pre-built and again I felt there was application for anyone who has interaction with external clients/prospects/candidates - it has AI functionality which enabled more realistic responses if the trainee didn't respond correctly

Overall I liked the tool but it's expensive. This purchase would require full buy-in from the business: $135/user, subscription licensing, 90-day pilot
